What is the Carnival of the Cursed?
On Fridays and Saturdays during the Carnival of The Cursed, our 12,000 sq ft soundstage will transform into a demonic underworld. High-resolution LED screens will paint the walls with mesmerizing 3D art, and special effects and decorations will make guests feel they’ve been transported into another world.

SOME BASIC RULES:
These rules must be followed at all times:
  1. Do not touch any haunt actors, staff, or props at any time.
  2. Do not bring any weapons, alcoholic beverages, or pets onto the property.
  3. Outside food and drink are prohibited on the grounds.
  4. Respect other customers and haunt employees – no rude or lewd behavior, defacing property, etc.
  5. No smoking, vaping, dipping, e-cigarettes, or open flame of any kind on the property.
  6. We encourage capturing and sharing photography, video, and live feed. No flashlights, cell phone lights, lighters, or flash photography inside the 7 Houses 7 Sins.
  7. No running, pushing, shoving.
  8. Costumes are encouraged. However, no face masks may be worn by guests.
Violation of these rules may mean denied entry or premature removal from the attraction WITHOUT REFUND!
Is there a timed entry for the Carnival of the Cursed?
No. This experience is designed to let you explore the Carnival and 7 Houses - 7 Sins at your own pace. Each of the houses does have a capacity limit. Guests will be accommodated to enter on a first-come-first-served basis.
How long does it take to go through the 7 Houses – 7 Sins Houses?
Each house may take 10 to 15 minutes. The cutoff time for lines for the houses will be 10:30 PM.
What are the different ticket price options?

Do you offer group ticket rates?
Group rates are available for 25 or more people. Please call XXX-XXX-XXXX for more information.
How can I purchase tickets:
Tickets for both Carnival of the Cursed and Damnation must be purchased in advance. If you arrive without tickets, provided there are still tickets available, hop online, make your purchase and we will scan you in at the entrance.
There are no refunds or exchanges for different days that we are open.

Our designated and official ticket outlet is FreshTix. Do not purchase from any other online resources to avoid unauthorized tickets. We cannot honor tickets purchased from other outlets.
Are there any age restrictions?
Carnival of the Cursed is not recommended for anyone under 13. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do you serve food and beverages?
Yes. The Carnival of the Cursed offers food and beverages for purchase. No outside food or drinks can be brought into the event.
Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
Yes. The Carnival of the Cursed and Damnation offer beverages, including alcohol for purchase. You must provide a valid photo ID to purchase alcoholic beverages.
Is it dark?
There are very dark areas inside the 7 Houses - 7 Sins and in certain outdoor areas of the event.
Is it a maze? Can I get lost?
No. The 7 Houses – 7 Sins haunted houses are designed to allow you to explore each area at your own pace. The Carnival area is a wide-open festival-styled space.
Is there a lot of smoke in the haunted houses?
We do use fog machines.
Are there strobe lights?
Yes, we do use strobe lights.
Is Carnival of the Cursed wheelchair accessible?
The Carnival Midway and Damnation are wheelchair accessible, "7 Houses – 7 Sins" is not. The walk from the parking area to the carnival is about 1/4 of a mile, and golf cart shuttles will be available for those guests needing assistance.
Where do I park and is parking free?
The parking lot is located at 3350 Greenbriar Parkway SW, Atlanta GA 30331. Parking is based on a first come first served basis and is free. The parking lot can accommodate about 600 cars and will open at 5:30PM, one hour prior to the gate opening.
Overflow parking will be a short walk down the street, and guests will be directed here once the main lot is full.

Can I take Ride Share?
Absolutely, and we encourage it. Direct your driver to 3350 Greenbriar Pkwy SW, Atlanta, GA 30331.
What time does the line start forming?
The line for the main entry starts as early as 5:30pm when the parking area opens.
Can I change my ticket date?
Unfortunately, no. Your ticket is only valid for the day you purchase it for.
Can I go in if I’m pregnant?
Carnival of the Cursed is not recommended for visitors who are pregnant, have heart conditions or are in general poor health.
Do you accept credit cards?
All admission tickets must be purchased in advance either online here or by calling FreshTix at 678-701-6114.
Food and beverage and merchandise vendors accept credit card and ATM card payments only - No cash.
Are the monsters allowed to touch you?
The actors will not touch you.
Is Carnival of the Cursed open if it rains?
Yes. The event happens rain or shine. We recommend bringing rain gear and ponchos if poor weather is in the forecast. We do not allow umbrellas.
Is re-entry on the same night allowed?
Sorry no we do not allow re-entry. A new ticket is required for each visit.
Do you have security?
Yes. The event will have plenty of uniformed Police and Sherriff’s department officers plus private security on-site at the event and in the main and shuttle parking lots.
All guests will be required to go through a metal detector, and all bags will be searched.
Do you have Medical Services onsite?
Yes. We have a first aid tent and EMS staff on site for any emergency medical needs.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking, vaping, or the use of chewing tobacco is prohibited on the grounds of Carnival of the Cursed
Is photography or video allowed?
Yes, photography and video is allowed and encouraged, however; no flash photography or video is allowed in the Seven Deadly Sins houses.

What can I bring?
You may bring a clear bag no larger than 12”x12”
What can’t we bring with us or do while at the Carnival of the Cursed?
The following are prohibited items at the Carnival of the Cursed:
  • No outside food or beverage, including alcohol.
  • No Backpacks unless clear.
  • No Weapons.
  • No Stollers.
  • No Umbrellas.
  • No Masks.
  • No Laser pointers/flashlights.
  • No touching the actors or props.
  • Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
We do not recommend taking children under 18 inside the “Lust” house due to its adult nature.
Can I wear a costume?
You may indeed wear a costume, but masks of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Do you sell souvenirs?
Yes, please visit our merchandise area.
What if I lose a personal item (cell phone, keys, etc.) while at Carnival of the Cursed?
See Lost & Found at the "Event Staff" tent located in the carnival area.
Do you give refunds?
There are no refunds given under any circumstances. All sales are Final.
